Jeff Nystrom is a renowned and recognized musician in Canada and abroad. Not only as a skilled session player, singer, songwriter and producer, but many will know of his work with his international touring band Canada's rock trailblazers.. ( FIST ) .The band has released 10 albums on the A&M label worldwide and Jeff was not only a co-founder of the the highly acclaimed group.but the groups bass player, co-singer and co-songwriter.FIST have recently resigned with Universal Music for a re-release of all of their catalogue.Along with a new CD release that is coming out soon. The band is currently in the studio recording now.They will return to touring next summer with dates throughout Canada the US and Europe.Born in Montreal, Canada.
